Asiakas- ja peruutusehdot

Voimassa alkaen: 5.7.2026

1. Yleistä

Nämä asiakas- ja peruutusehdot koskevat kaikkia Avaa Sydämesi Oy:n tarjoamia terapiapalveluita, vastaanottokäyntejä, etävastaanottoja sekä muita mahdollisia hyvinvointi- ja ohjauspalveluja.

Varaamalla ajan asiakas hyväksyy nämä ehdot.

2. Ajanvaraus

Ajan voi varata verkkosivuston, sähköpostin, WhatsAppin tai muun sovitun ajanvarauskanavan kautta.

Varaus on sitova, kun ajanvaraus on vahvistettu.

3. Vastaanotto

Vastaanotto voidaan toteuttaa:

  • lähivastaanottona
  • etävastaanottona
  • muulla etukäteen sovitulla tavalla.

Asiakas vastaa siitä, että etävastaanottoa varten käytettävissä on toimiva internet-yhteys sekä rauhallinen ja yksityinen tila.

4. Peruutusehdot

Vastaanottoajan voi peruuttaa tai siirtää ilman veloitusta viimeistään 24 tuntia ennen sovittua aikaa, ellei toisin ole sovittu.

Myöhemmin tehdyistä peruutuksista sekä peruuttamattomista ajoista veloitetaan vastaanoton koko hinta.

Peruutus tulee tehdä ensisijaisesti sähköpostitse, WhatsApp-viestillä, tekstiviestillä tai muulla sovitulla tavalla.

5. Sairastuminen

Äkillisissä sairastumistapauksissa asiakasta pyydetään ilmoittamaan asiasta mahdollisimman pian.

Yritys voi tapauskohtaisesti jättää veloituksen perimättä tai sopia uuden ajan.

6. Palvelun hinnat ja maksaminen

Palveluiden voimassa olevat hinnat löytyvät varauskalenterista ja asiakas näkee ne varatessaan.

Maksu suoritetaan varauskalenterissa etukäteen verkkomaksuna tai vastaanoton yhteydessä.

7. Myöhästyminen

Mikäli asiakas saapuu myöhässä, vastaanotto päättyy sovittuna aikana, jotta seuraavien asiakkaiden ajat eivät viivästy.

Myöhästyminen ei oikeuta hinnanalennukseen.

Mikäli terapeutti myöhästyy, vastaanottoaikaa voidaan tarvittaessa jatkaa tai sopia korvaavasta järjestelystä.

8. Luottamuksellisuus

Kaikki asiakassuhteeseen liittyvät keskustelut käsitellään luottamuksellisesti voimassa olevan lainsäädännön mukaisesti.

Henkilötietojen käsittelystä kerrotaan tarkemmin yrityksen tietosuojaselosteessa.

9. Terapiapalvelun luonne

Terapiapalvelu perustuu asiakkaan vapaaehtoiseen osallistumiseen ja yhteistyöhön.

Terapeutti ei voi taata tiettyä lopputulosta, sillä terapian vaikutukset ovat aina yksilöllisiä.

Asiakas tekee omat päätöksensä ja vastaa niistä myös terapiaprosessin aikana.

10. Päihteet ja turvallisuus

Vastaanotolle tulee saapua päihteettömänä.

Mikäli asiakas on selvästi päihtynyt tai käyttäytyy uhkaavasti, terapeutilla on oikeus keskeyttää vastaanotto turvallisuussyistä. Tällöin vastaanotto voidaan veloittaa normaalisti.

11. Alaikäiset asiakkaat

Alaikäisten asiakkaiden kohdalla noudatetaan voimassa olevaa lainsäädäntöä sekä huoltajien kanssa sovittuja käytäntöjä.

Tarvittaessa ajanvaraus edellyttää huoltajan suostumusta.

12. Palvelun keskeyttäminen

Sekä asiakkaalla että terapeutilla on oikeus päättää asiakassuhde.

Mikäli terapiasuhde päätetään, pyritään lopettaminen toteuttamaan asiakkaan kannalta asianmukaisesti ja tarvittaessa ohjataan asiakkaan tarpeisiin paremmin soveltuvien palveluiden piiriin.

13. Ylivoimainen este

Yritys ei vastaa viivästyksistä tai palvelun toteutumatta jäämisestä silloin, kun syynä on ylivoimainen este, johon yritys ei ole voinut kohtuudella vaikuttaa.

14. Sovellettava laki

Näihin ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia.

Mahdolliset erimielisyydet pyritään ratkaisemaan ensisijaisesti neuvottelemalla. Ellei sovintoon päästä, asia ratkaistaan toimivaltaisessa suomalaisessa tuomioistuimessa.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
