Verkkosivuston käyttöehdot

1. Yleistä

Nämä käyttöehdot koskevat Avaa Sydämesi Oy -yrityksen (jäljempänä ”Yritys”) ylläpitämää verkkosivustoa.

Käyttämällä verkkosivustoa hyväksyt nämä käyttöehdot. Mikäli et hyväksy ehtoja, pyydämme olemaan käyttämättä sivustoa.

2. Verkkosivuston tarkoitus

Verkkosivuston tarkoituksena on tarjota tietoa Yrityksen palveluista, toimintatavoista, yhteystiedoista sekä mahdollistaa yhteydenotto ja ajanvarausta koskevien tietojen välittäminen.

Sivustolla oleva sisältö on tarkoitettu yleiseksi informaatioksi eikä sitä tule pitää yksilöllisenä terapeuttisena, psykologisena, lääketieteellisenä tai oikeudellisena neuvontana.

3. Sivuston käyttö

Käyttäjä sitoutuu käyttämään verkkosivustoa lain, hyvän tavan ja näiden käyttöehtojen mukaisesti.

Käyttäjä ei saa:

käyttää sivustoa lainvastaiseen tarkoitukseen
häiritä tai vaarantaa sivuston toimintaa tai tietoturvaa
yrittää saada luvatonta pääsyä palveluihin tai järjestelmiin
käyttää sivustoa tavalla, joka voi aiheuttaa vahinkoa Yritykselle tai muille käyttäjille.

4. Immateriaalioikeudet

Kaikki verkkosivustolla julkaistu sisältö, kuten tekstit, kuvat, grafiikka, logot, videot ja muu aineisto, kuuluu Yritykselle tai niiden oikeudenhaltijoille, ellei toisin ilmoiteta.

Sisällön kopiointi, julkaiseminen, muuttaminen tai muu käyttö ilman etukäteen annettua kirjallista lupaa on kielletty, lukuun ottamatta tekijänoikeuslain sallimia käyttötapoja.

5. Ulkopuoliset palvelut ja linkit

Verkkosivusto voi sisältää linkkejä kolmansien osapuolten verkkosivustoille tai palveluihin.

Yritys ei vastaa näiden palveluiden sisällöstä, tietoturvasta, tietosuojasta tai toiminnasta.

6. Saatavuus

Yritys pyrkii pitämään verkkosivuston käytettävissä jatkuvasti, mutta ei takaa sen keskeytyksetöntä tai virheetöntä toimintaa.

Yrityksellä on oikeus muuttaa, päivittää, keskeyttää tai poistaa verkkosivusto tai sen osia ilman ennakkoilmoitusta.

7. Vastuunrajoitus

Verkkosivuston sisältö pyritään pitämään oikeana ja ajantasaisena. Yritys ei kuitenkaan takaa tietojen täydellisyyttä, virheettömyyttä tai soveltuvuutta yksittäiseen käyttötarkoitukseen.

Yritys ei vastaa suorista tai epäsuorista vahingoista, jotka aiheutuvat verkkosivuston käytöstä, käytön estymisestä tai sivustolla oleviin tietoihin luottamisesta, ellei pakottava lainsäädäntö muuta edellytä.

8. Tietosuoja

Henkilötietojen käsittelystä kerrotaan erillisessä tietosuojaselosteessa.

Mikäli verkkosivustolla käytetään evästeitä, niiden käytöstä kerrotaan tietosuojaselosteessa tai erillisessä evästekäytännössä.

9. Muutokset käyttöehtoihin

Yritys pidättää oikeuden muuttaa näitä käyttöehtoja milloin tahansa.

Ajantasainen versio julkaistaan verkkosivustolla, ja muutokset tulevat voimaan niiden julkaisemishetkellä.

10. Sovellettava laki

Näihin käyttöehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia.

Mahdolliset erimielisyydet pyritään ratkaisemaan ensisijaisesti neuvottelemalla. Mikäli sovintoon ei päästä, asia ratkaistaan toimivaltaisessa suomalaisessa tuomioistuimessa.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
